Judas doesn't want to make up for lost time, but rather lost talent. The talent of young advertising promises who left Portugal and found a home in other agencies abroad, undermining and weakening the Portuguese creative creative market.

The solution? Bring them back to Portugal on an Air Judas "talent charter" - an agency initiative that that will pay for the return ticket so that these young advertising talents can return to work here.

Current times are turbulent - with ups and downs in all sectors - and, more than ever, we need to retain the talent at home, the talent of those who make our country so special.
